I think it's the only quiz where I got all the answers right. Useless knowledge!

And menus. Before so much of American food became processed it must've been magnificent. I love Mark Twain's "A Tramp Abroad," his detailed list of American food he misses and:

"Fresh American fruits of all sorts, including strawberries which are not to be doled out as if they were jewelry, but in a more liberal fashion" -- this is something I miss. Buying a huge bag of fruit that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and eating as much as you want before you even get home, you're covered in juice. Luxurious!

"... a mighty porterhouse steak an inch and a half thick, hot and sputtering from the griddle; enriched with little melting bits of butter of the most impeachable freshness; the precious juices of the meat trickling out and joining the gravy, archipelagoed with mushrooms; a township or two of tender, yellowish fat gracing an outlying district of this ample country of beefsteak ... and imagine a great cup of American home-made coffee, some real butter, firm and yellow and fresh, some smoking hot biscuits, a plate of buckwheat cakes, with transparent syrup -- could words describe the gratitude of this exile?"

Under Chop Suey they have "Pt" and "Pt" (instead of Qt).

Looks like 77 to me. I think I've ordered from that menu.
