run on a day to day basis by an email company, is changing. I have to reconfigure both my computer and my cell phone separately. Instructions to be printed off for each. And my printer is not working. So many moving parts. In the end my whole email service will be managed and run from Bell. Which is a good thing. But I'm not good with detailed instructions on things novel to me. This is about the third time there has been a new way to roll. First time I have an important role in it.

(149,588 posts)Verizon combined with AOL and AOL was taking over the email. It was a mess.
BUT they had lots of counselors on hand to walk us through all the stuff. It took some time, but now my email is working again, and flawlessly.
As for your printer, I'd get an IT person to take care of that. They're expert for a reason!
Best of Luck!

(23,213 posts)I have a little experience with printers (mostly HP). If you can give me a few particulars, maybe I can help.

(23,213 posts)not a hard fix, if you can get replacements. Should be able to find them online.

(10,096 posts)I switched isp and have gone all to a webmail account. So from now on it doesn't matter who my isp is and I can access it anywhere. I didn't have a gazillion services to change my email address on, so it was not that much of a hassle. Good luck with it though.
Peace

(118,622 posts)the phone company. If I get up the nerve to write out all the instructions for phone and computer, and assuming I have guesstimated correctly how each of those is currently running on what platform, implement said instructions. Wish me luck.
