I hear that people wait until the new models come in to purchase the old models at bargain prices. My old Iphone is near death. Probably needs a new battery and the photo quality is terrible. AT-T doesn't offer phones for free anymore. They provide them at $25 a month. I prefer to buy something outright if it's affordable.
Any suggestions?

(1,858 posts)people are holding onto their phones longer instead of replacing them and of course limiting the market of older models. I've also been looking around, but the prices are a little higher than I want to spend. I thought eBay and Amazon would be good places to look. Hopefully someone here knows a better source.

(1,858 posts)Retail price for the 6 is $549. Prices on ebay are around $300 for a used one.
