Still a nice place and probably the only super big city I'd ever consider living in, but things looked a little bit dirtier than I had remembered, especially more graffiti and tagging vs pre-2001. My friends there have all moved away so there's not as much incentive to go any more. They complained how expensive it had become but it's still a bargain compared to other cities its size. There were a lot of high-rise apartments in 2015 that must have built in the past 15 years. Cordoba is a nice pleasant city but you might want something larger. Santiago Chile is also really nice and seems to be booming.
