American Horror Story has some different variations on the theme song each season, but all are creepy. Unsolved Mysteries theme song always stands out in my mind as creepy. I remember watching unsolved mysteries in the dark and by myself as a kid and feeling kind of creeped out.

Everybody by Back Street Boys... doesn't sound Halloweeny, but it is a good party song and video for it is very Halloweeny so any that has seen the video will think of Halloween.
