A tale of sadness, yet inspiring

A lion, a tiger and a bear kept imprisoned in a drug lord's private "zoo" abused and malnourished, yet saved. Brought back to health, they stayed as companions for 15 years in a care facility. Sadly, the lion was diagnosed with liver problems and was euthanized but only after a few days with his two companions.

Story at link (click links involved - but nice pictures and the complete story):

Takes your mind off the present and resets it -IMHO- in what is really important.

Click bait. I usually avoid them, but this was too sweet a story.
