Wonder if the all the anxiety from the election is truly getting to me.

I get teary and weepy at the least little thing lately: movies, PSA commercials, touching FaceBook posts. Geesh. Maybe adjust my Celexa a little right now? Is this going on with anyone else?

When I wake up, the first thing I want to do is turn on the TV or my computer to find the latest about Trump's madness, and if I don't get a good dose of that, then it's likely that I'll get a blast of false equivalency in the form of the MSM's coverage of Hillary's real or perceived shortcomings or scandals. Or I'll get both.

And my day proceeds thusly.... radio, internet, TV news.... all election talk, all the time.

Am I a sick person? Yep, 'fraid I am.

With any luck, this affliction will be gone by Wednesday morning.

But until then.... I'm a hopelessly addicted anti-Trump freak.

And I wouldn't have it any other way.

I voted more than three weeks ago. I have made my decision and am prepared to accept the results. Once you make your choice, it is much easier to sleep and no longer obsess over the cable shows, breaking news, and steady stream of falsehoods.

This morning I received a recorded phone call from the Boulder Election Commission telling me they received my ballot and it was accepted. So: signed, sealed, delivered. Whew.

maybe depressed, and he told me that just that morning he's seen a report on CNN about how mental health workers are seeing an upswing of people with these symptoms and are attributing it to the stress of this election. I think this is a REAL thing, this election anxiety, and it will start to ebb away after we elect Hillary.
