(16,327 posts)Are you familiar with Wild Rescue up in Denton? That's my sister's group. Last time I spoke with her, she had around 60 little guys in her rehab room. They are so cute but damned they can really crash and burn quickly.

(16,327 posts)Yup, that is her! I gotta hand it to her, she works her ass off for her animals. I am heading down at the end of May to help with the reno of her garage into a true Wellness Center/intake area. For years she has worked out of a 8x10 room -- totally nuts. I convinced her to go for it and work out of the garage. The new space is going to be amazing and allow her to do so much more comfortably and efficiently. Very exciting time. Next on the agenda is the production of education materials and rehab DVDs, plus online seminars -- I'm really pushing her to share her knowledge and help create the next generation of rehabers.
You guys do amazing work -- great to know Florida buns are in the house here!
