Theres only one explanation for how avocados can be so delicious: Illuminati.
One of the first ads to air during the Super Bowl was for avocados from Mexico. The spot featured a spoof on the idea that a secret society of mysterious people controls everything in the world, including, apparently, avocados.
Not shockingly, people actually believed the ad was part of a game of four-dimensional chess where the Illuminati subtly joked about making subliminal messages. Mind blown.

(10,418 posts)3. Yep, once you get into that paranoid state of mind it's hard to let it go.
I don't think most people who exhibit that kind of paranoia are insane in the text book definition sense, but that kind of thinking can lead to some problems in your life before you get it straightened out.

(11,175 posts)7. I've heard a counter-theory
For all the conspiracy theories to be true, the conspiracies would have to involve so many people as to constitute a majority... which makes the whole thing pretty much democratic.
