My employer just upgraded our water fountain

We previously had the standard push-the-button-and-the-water-sprays-in-an-arc design, but the new model included a vertical dispenser for water bottles and larger containers than can conveniently be filled from the arc.

Interestingly, the dispenser also tracks the "number of water bottles saved," and after just five days the total is approaching 700.

We're not an especially large site, with around 400 - 500 employees in the building, but this is a nice feature IMO.

Bravo, employer!

The water is super-filtered and tastes great and is nice and cool, but not cold. We are up to almost 70K bottles saved.

Those things hurt. Sure they'll wash your business but they scrub too hard.

My youngest daughter has been inviting her friends over to see it. When they ask her what it is she squirts them with it.

I'm looking forward to using them when the water gets turned on (usually sometime in April).

Me included.

Happened fairly quickly, too.

The guy who fills the soda machine was the first one I heard of who noticed the difference.

Bravo to my employer, as well!
