Pet Peeve

I hate it when people sing to themselves in public when there is no music playing. For instance, the lady in the cubicle next to me who keeps singing We will we will rock you over and over again. Not even the whole song just that line.

Does anyone else have a pet peeve?

1. I've worked in mental hospitals and so this is small stuff to me.

People who try to equate scientific fact with some dumb opinion they heard of right wing talk radio is my pet peeve today.

Don't ask me why. I think we all know.

3. I am the living embodiment of your pet peeve.

I am (was) a rock n roll singer for most of my life. There's always music playing in my head. Shit, I got a letter sent home when I was in first grade for singing in class. My teacher would tell me to quit it and I'd apologize. Sincerely! Two minutes later.... "S. A. T. U. R. D. A. Y. Night! S. A. T. U. R. D. A. Y. Night!"

I understand where your coming from, but try to understand....some of us just can't help it.

4. I understand. I always have music playing in my head as well.

I know that she does it as a way to relax. She is very nice and a die hard Trump hating democrat. We talk politics every morning. I put up with the singing. It is just a pet peeve that I have. I'm perfectly okay with people singing along when music is playing. I went to the library yesterday and a man started singing It's the end of the world as we know it over and over to himself as he stood near me in the stacks.
