Early ZZ Top, Asleep at the wheel, a little Texas Swing - early '70s Texas radio!

Once I saw Commander Cody with Asleep at the Wheel as the 2nd act at a New Years show at Keystone Berkeley in mid 70s.

"Floyd Domino" (not his real name) the piano player in AATW went to the same small boarding school I attended 1968-1970 in the East Bay, he was two years ahead of me. (he graduated 1969 IIRC)

I saw ZZ Top as the 2nd bill at Winterland and had never heard of them before that night. It was the time of their first album.
