(111,222 posts)It's like going into a dark, depressing tunnel for 5 months of the year.
I wish we could keep DST year round. The twice a year changes are tough on a lot of people. DST year round means people in the northern parts of the country would see a little sunlight on their way home, instead of going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark. Standard time really, really sucks. Kill it dead.

(130,825 posts)Having retired, it really doesn't matter much to me. I do follow sunset, try to be home for it to take pics, and it may be slightly easier to assure that now.
Clocks have changed here (automatically, of course,) so I'm off to bed!
