Odd Number on My Cell Phone Call Log

I just got a call on my cell phone. It was upstairs and I was downstairs so I couldn't answer it. When I checked the call log to see who it was, this is what it said:

V3150824 plus several more numbers

Does anyone know what that means?

If three more, than I would be inclined to think it is the telephone number with V in front of it. Could the V stand for the carrier (Verizon)?

5. I looked deeper into the call log

and after that weird string of numbers was:
/+11770
followed by what could be an ordinary American phone number. Could that be the international code plus an area code from Georgia? I don't know a single person in Georgia.

6. I had one from 000-000-0000 the other day

got no idea what yours was or mine.
I seldom answer my phone anymore unless I am sure of the number.

7. They Spoofed the Number

There is software that will claim to be any number you tell it to be. If someone claims to be 000-000-0000, it isn't going to be anyone you want to hear from.

the ten 0s really threw me - thought this one must be some real idiots.

Or maybe some 0s from Benedict Donald's admin
