(6,581 posts)Licorice. It's probably been 20 years since I've seen it anywhere for sale. I've made it a few times, it's just vanilla with some anise extract or oil added. If you want to get really fancy, you can put in very finely diced or shredded licorice candy, too. The black food coloring is optional, since its just for appearance, tastes the same even if its white.

(692 posts)It's a pale "smurf" blue and it tastes like nuts and pineapple. Some people say it tastes like Fruity Pebbles, but not really. Very rare to find it anymore
