Please keep your fingers cross (if it is not too rude to ask) for me

Had a Job interview on Friday HR from the place because one of my past jobs (through a staffing company.) couldn't find a record for me. So the person ask for my social and asked if could give it to the staffing coming so they could find my file. No problem I gave it. He did tell the interview went very well and basically have the job once they get my jobs verified I would be offered a position.

I did call the staffing company and the person had already got the info and everything was good.
