DNA recovered from a potato that was stuffed into the tailpipe of a Naugatuck man's van was the clue that helped state police detectives solve a Prospect arson they say was set by a wrathful stripper.
Willow Martin, 19, of Naugatuck, who police say helped set the fire that destroyed MTM Masonry and the Golden Wok Chinese restaurant on Sept. 15, 2015, was arraigned Wednesday on a variety of charges, including arson, and remains in custody in lieu of $110,000 bail at the women's prison in Niantic.
