First day of yoga, it was great!

Wonderful teacher who specializes in physical trauma patients. I'm tired, but I don't hurt. Very nice people in the class- I'm really excited and feel this is a good fit for me.

Home practice between weekly classes can make a huge difference.

Yoga isn't supposed to hurt--ever.
