It is sort of like reverse psychology. Such as, "Obama hated giving disaster relief immediately after a hurricane". Within 24 hours 45 would sign 6 emergency relief bills.

I bet he never thought in a million years that he would open SNL.

so they had a boy choir from New York singing Silent Night, I think, as the cold opener. And was really touching.

Christmas is a busy time here, and I was not watching SNL much during that time.

I was going to the gym as much as possible, though. I sat on an exercise bike next to a large, muscular young man who was watching the same TV screen as me. He was trying not to cry.
