Please offer advice on a new podcast player

Apple just recently changed their podcast player and it’s horrible. Continuous play doesn’t seem to be an option now. The ‘mark played’ feature seems to be gone. It’s more difficult now to subscribe/unsubscribe. I’m thinking about purchasing a podcast player other than apple’s. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It is far better than the Apple pod catcher. Customizable for your needs. Free to download with most features;upgrade to subscription for a few more.

Apple recently updated their podcast app and what was clean and simple became frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. Overcast is pretty much like the way the Apple app was before they messed it up. Will be using the Overcast app going forward. Thanks for recommending.
