I used to love the Mint Meltaways that were sold at Marshall Field's. I might pretend it's that, too.

Every time I shop, I find myself looking for something chocolate mint related. My mom loved mints and I always used to buy them for her so they always remind me of her. She would have LOVED these cookies!
