Once they were out they should have stayed out. Poor leadership for sure.

The leadership shut down the strike on the promise that they would be "listened to" by any new Dem administration. They didn't even get a promise to have their seniority rights respected by any new administration, just "listened to". I would be SO pissed at my leadership if they did that.

I lobbied hard for that part about a leadership council made up of the rank-and-file of more than one union. I think that's an important precursor to any new actions.
