John Steinbeck,Michael Moore and J.Edger Hoover

What a trio. Steinbeck is one of the direct influences of my life (Grapes of Wrath) and Mike Moore is a true America voice in the wilderness. Hoover was just a paranoid little man as this article written by Steinbeck's son points out. Hoover twisted arms at the IRS to have Steinbeck audited because he felt the author was a Communist.
