TCM Schedule for Sunday, February 5, 2012 -- 31 Days Of Oscar: England, Day Two

Two versions of King Arthur's tale start us off, Camelot and Knights of the Round Table, with that other legendary Brit, Robin Hood following close behind. If that's not enough swashbuckling for you, Errol Flynn's The Sea Hawk will fill the bill. Then sit down and marvel at two Alec Guinness gems, The Lavender Hill Mob and The Ladykillers back to back... and finally the main attraction of the night, Lawrence Oliver in his fifth Best Actor nomination for The Entertainer. Please, sir, can you have some more? More? There's still a Julie Christie double feature, Antonioni's Blow-Up, and the classic Taylor-Burton The V.I.P.s left to go! TCM gets out the crown jewels tonight.

I'm really looking forward to seeing 'The Blow-Up' again!! It's a fantastic look back at the Carnaby Street era, via a murder mystery.

Today's offerings make me want to plan an afternoon tea with bikkies.......................
