The Glenn Miller Story 1954 Blu-Ray Shout Factory

We just opened up the disk and put it in the player. While it is an improved picture over the DVD, there are times there is a bit of a green edge to objects at times. I would love to see Shout Factory recall this and clean up the green lines.

We haven't listened to the commentary yet.

The 1954 version is the longer version BTW.

Synopsis
In the mood for a movie that swings like no other? The Glenn Miller Story is here to take the stage!

Screen legend James Stewart and America's Sweetheart June Allyson star in this delightful tribute to one of the world's most cherished bandleaders and composers, charting Miller's rise from obscurity and poverty to fame and fortune as the man whose music would define the ever-quickening pulse of the 1940s.

The toe-tapping score serenades you with original Miller music, performed by the Glenn Miller Orchestra and a fantastic line-up of musical guests, including Louis Armstrong, Gene Krupa, Frances Langford, and The Modernaires. Vibrantly directed by Anthony Mann (El Cid), The Glenn Miller Story is a dynamic big-band biopic nominated for three 1954 Academy Awards® – Best Screenplay, Best Score, and Best Sound Recording [winner]!
