was 1983-86, at Yokota Air Base - about 30 miles from Tokyo.

That's when and where I met my wife, I re-enlisted at the end of tat tour and tried to stay for a second consecutive assignment there.

They sent my ass to the high desert of California instead.

Any way -If I figured shit out , I'm about 5 to 8 years older than you are. So if I'm correct, I was in Tokyo for your High School years

I was 12 in 83. But difinately in high school in 86...freshman nerd.

Way into Iron Maiden and the Crue. Had no time for lame ass Johnny Cash! Yes, I was an idiot.
