I always thought Airplane broke up, Hot Tuna played for a while then the band re-formed as Jefferson Starship (then just Starship)

I liked them more than Starship TBH

I liked Starship and Airplane both, although Starship was a little more pop-commercial.

I will really have a tough decision to make if and when we ever move, as to what to do with all my albums. So no one wants them anymore?

Yep -- keep on rockin' in the free world ....

That who knows what condition.
If we had time we would have taken them to an album dealer

As it is my brother took two full milk crates of the good ones.

My CDs sold for $250.

Crazy.

Thank you! I was just thinking about this song while I was wading in the river yesterday.

They played some gigs at a little place up in the mountains a few times and I saw them once, They were so damn good. I was too young, but this place let in anyone who had an id, if they were at least 18, while the drinking age was 21. If you were under 18 you had to have a fake id, but again, they didn't really care. It's been close to 50 years and I don't remember the name of the place, and it was fairly small, but they had some big names play there, including the Doobie Brothers since Pat's place was only a few miles away and I was told he was friends with the owner.
