An original song I wrote about being homeless - No Pictures To Show

https://soundcloud.com/larry-levin-1/no-pictures-to-show

I'm a professional musician for senior citizens and a frustrated songwriter.

I put up a song - just acoustic and voice - on my SoundCloud called No Pictures to Show. I was never homeless, but I did a lot of hitchhiking and train hopping in my younger years which helped me in writing this song.

The lyrics are up on my SoundCloud as well.

I would love to get honest feedback.

I did train hopping hitchhiking too back in my day... I liked 3/4ths of the song with the first part needing less words or something or refinement or maybe the first part is a song waiting to be expanded about adventurism? I think the melody and lyrics in the ladder half sound more compatible with a love song. So maybe you have two songs here... Consider it an A an B side record like the old days! Who knows, B might be the hit! Good Work!
