I met him and his band back in the mid-late 80's when my boyfriend at the time's band was their regular backup band. He was such a nice, fun regular guy. How horrible for someone who is so creative not to be able to hear anymore.

a good support network, this disease is dreadful esp. for a musician. I was re-reading about M., and there still isn't so much that can be done, except treating some symptoms and side effects. What terrible luck.
