but this is one of the voices that .. so immediately identifiable. Minute it comes on you know .. "there's Jimmy Dale!" Puts me in mind a bit of .. Orbison?

Very unique voice. He was through my area a few years back and some schedule thing got in the way of my getting tickets. I’d love to hear him in person. Sigh, concerts.
