Glenn Miller at the Indian Lake ballroom. My grandparents always rented a cottage for the whole family. My Aunts and Uncles sneaked me in. Then later saw that band out on the lake. My Dad was home from Service before he went to Europe.

Glenn died that year in the plane crash. Small as I was I remember it well.
