The first time I heard this is when I was in jr high and used to sneak up in my brothers room (when he was working summer jobs) to listen to his albums. He had music from The Beach Boys to The Beatles to the Stones and one particular album by The Lettermen-which had their rendition of this lovely song. I played it over and over again and it’s always been one of my favorite songs.
