I was at Alpine Valley the night before the fatal helicopter crash. Eric Clapton was the headliner and was excellent, but Stevie Ray Vaughan really stole the show.

What a loss!

I love to watch him playing, he has a unique style, such liquid wrists, and man, could he whale out some awesome sounds.
