Soundtrack/theme music from the 1992 Michael Mann film "The Last of the Mohicans" with Daniel Day-Lewis, Madeleine Stowe, Russell Means & Wes Studi.

This musical piece (originally entitled 'The Gael') was composed by Dougie Maclean for his 1990 album "The Search." It was later adapted for this film by composer Trevor Jones and entitled "Promentory."

Dances with Wolves and other classic epic films for eons!

Love the Scots and Irish music traditions, Native American culture and so many others that we're lucky to have in this country.

After I returned from a trip to Ireland one summer I saw Riverdance and just loved it. I then drug people to 3 or 4 more shows.

The same in Sante Fe, NM for live performances by the fabulous Maria Benitez flamenco dance troup, 3 times. But don't tell anybody, ok! Lol.
