I have to say that I have not been a Deadhead and my experience with them was limited to the parking lot campout parties that I enjoyed immensely in my youth.

I was never really a fan of their music but man, I’m kicking myself for not seeing them with Jerry back in the day when I had the opportunity. The show was nothing short of amazing. John Mayer was phenomenal and Bob Weir was so good. I really dug the music, particularly a song called “Morning Dew” which I’d never heard before. I also really got off on the crowd. Everyone was so into it, singing all the songs and everyone dancing freestyle, no two people doing the same thing. It was an experience to say the least, everyone was so nice and chill.

I said before that I had not been a Deadhead but I kind of am now. I’d definitely go see them again, I had something of an epiphany.

I traveled to Fiddlers Green a couple years ago to see Slayer on their final tour. Really cool venue. Denver is one of my favorite cities.
