1. Thanks, Mo! I love the Eurythmics, and that was a great intro for them,

and a good performance.

I don't think it's been posted here in Music Appreciation before this, and I'm glad to have it here. I did post that video in the Lounge a couple of weeks ago as a reply to an OP there from ProfessorGAC, where he was commenting on the audio problems.

The simplest way to check if something has already been posted here is just to use the "Search this group" feature to search for an artist's name, or a song title. Unlike huge forums like GD, there are few enough posts here that you can search everything back through 2011 in seconds, though typically the default search for thread titles going back only a month is sufficient. The only real search problem you'll run into is if videos have been posted without artist or song title being mentioned...but I can understand people doing that, too, if they want to make their own comments before anyone sees the video, or surprise people with a video.

it occurred to me to check after i already started the post, and had too many tabs open already.
that era of r&r sorta passed under my radar, so it was rly good to see those images, and vids.
