6. Devo dudes were at Kent State
when the students were killed by national guard troops. It was influential in their "devolution" philosophy, that the human race is devolving. Booji boy represents devolving into infantilism and Jocko Homo (monkey character) devolving back into primates. I had an art professor who had them as students at Kent State and showed us some of their work, probably around the time this movie was made. They were art activists at the time and a lot of their writing and art was pretty radical.

7. Amazing, in a sad way, the RockHall doesn't get the import
or impact of their artistry.
