The older style homes, lived in a couple beautiful old farmhouses back in the day, I miss having a barn and lots of woods and fields and coastline to explore, sometimes. I settled in a very outdoorsy place to accommodate my needs to have more nature in my surroundings than buildings and lights.

Not this year though. We have not had that much snow on the ground this winter season. Three - just a dusting - snow storms. But they have quickly melted off due to abnormally warm weather. Projected 45 degrees during the day next week.
