leader on the most part. lol Beyond the fear of making a mistake in posting the contest almost runs itself when it is the seasonal. I have a feeling the fear of a posting mistake is one we all have and will always have with these.
When it comes to the contest I really believe it is the entries and the voters that really count and make it a success. Oh and can't forget those the kick the threads.
