Related: About this forumI'm in cool and beautifully luscious green New Hampshire - here's a bit from today
I met up with my brother who is taking me along on a business trip at his expense and we visited this place today
www.camphillsoltane.org
met wonderful and diverse people doing work and exhibiting their art
Hope you like it.
This was yesterday before I got there (camera dangling from neck, driving in Manhattan...)
then the serenity of the country side
then some of the folks I met and observed
and a couple of things I saw on the walls

(1,977 posts)Have a great time. Just be glad you're not in New Hampshire during the winter. It is VERY cold there in winter. My sister lives there so I'm familiar with the winters. That and I was there the weekend before the primary in '04. I was a Dean volunteer. Man NH in January is bloody cold!

(22,378 posts)if I told you I thought of you a lot yesterday?
And how much I wish I were in Manhattan and not driving in mad traffic I'm not used to, and could chill and walk and look instead. And that I considered posting one of the few I had the courage to take under my circumstanced and just say: Thinking of you, Johnny Noshoes.
I took one driving a break neck speed through the Holland tunnel. I think I'll dig it out and post it just for you.

(740 posts)I especially like the bakery photos. There is real tenderness in them, can't really say why, but I'm drawn into them both. Your work is so special!
