Balloons!

Last Saturday I finally rode a hot air balloon It was magical and I had picked a perfect day. There was little to no wind so we didn't go too high or too far. A lot of the balloons bunched together and it all made for great photography. There were so many wonderful balloons. It was quite difficult to find the bad photos amidst the almost 500 I shot but I finally got down to about 80. Here are a few.

They always make for great shots . i really like the interior shot. this balloon fest would have happened to be in NJ this past week end?

5. Yup...Out in NJ

I heard there were about 100 balloons although I never counted, too busy taking photos. I got a few neat interior shots. Never realized walking inside was part of the checkout process.

Every time I've tried to shoot it the weather never cooperated.

The 1st obviously for the amazing colour. The 4th for the way you managed to incorporate the moon, great work.

One of these days I'll take the time to ride in a balloon. Seems like it would be so relaxing (as long as the weather cooperated).

9. Great pics!

We have had them in my town the last two mornings. Saturday they freaked my dog out. This morning she took personal affront, and barked her little muzzle off at them. They were literally 50' over my house as they launched from six blocks away.
