most got out with help of neighbor kids. Obviously problems with huge amounts of snow: Where can it go??? I waited till 'melt' occurred, and will wait again!

7. We have no kids, but I'm experienced with driving in the snow, and I have a standard shift.

Automatics don't seem to give the control needed for such conditions.

It's beyond gorgeous here--clear blue skies and warming to mid-30s during the day. This has been the winter that wasn't in Anchorage.

(and borrow wine from the neighbors!) Will add to the economy by paying neighborhood kids to clear the car, after the parking lot is plowed, so we can maybe go OUT to see movies we've missed!

that I thought it would be a great picture for the "winter contest". I know it isn't funny to have all that snow blown onto your car, but, well, it is funny. (Especially since a neighbor cleaned the car for you.)

An 'eye opener' for the winter contest, eh???

Prefer this, blowing toward the houses???

Blow toward the cars was just hilarious. Also, in this one, you don't see all the snow blowing out. But it is all about the snow on the cars.
