I was actually taking shots of the female Bluebird when the male flew into the frame so I hit continuos. He was only there a second or two and I didn't even see what he had done until I went back over the shots. No one was more surprised than I. LOL

You should save them for the photography competition.

Is that a wild turkey in your back yard? He's beautiful. I have them around here but never saw one all flared up or strutting?

I have permission to take photos on their property. This shot was taken from a blind I have set up on the edge of one of their fields. I like transition areas where woods meet with fields or water. Lots going on. his guy walked right by me. I must have taken 50 shots.

These are both incredible! I don't even know how you caught the bluebird photo! And you were in the right place at the right time for the turkey displaying.
