Can anyone recommend a camera to do time lapse video and feed live to the web?

We want to shoot video of a construction job and farming that will go on all summer. The client says they want 1080p video and the ability to have a live feed streamed to the web.

So far I have seen Brinno:

If anyone has bought or used such a system, any advice is much appreciated.

with an intervalometer. Maybe 2 cameras if you need both time lapse and a live video feed. You need a way to protect it from theft and the elements if it's going to be out on a construction site for several months.

The one I have was much older - the house was finished in 2008 - but newer models may have the same capabilities.

I did have to set it up with continuous power. Somewhere here I still have the "cheat sheet" I made to set the camera up each morning.

Sony now has an app to use with some of their cameras for time lapse: https://www.playmemoriescameraapps.com/portal/usbdetail.php?eid=IS9104-NPIA09014_00-000003

ETA - Be sure to tell the crew that there is a camera set up and the location. Although I told the guys, apparently the word did not get out to everyone. Some of the men, thinking they were in the country, did not bother to walk to the other side of the job site and I have a few shots of them relieving themselves on one of the cedars.
