My idea for the next contest's topic - tell me what you think.

I have a book called "Learning to See Creatively" by Bryan Peterson. In it he discusses the six elements of design: line, shape, form, texture, pattern, and color. I was thinking it might be fun to start with the most basic -- the line.

A line can be straight, jagged, curved, diagonal. It can lead you forward or pull you away, depending on your perspective.

What do you think? Do you want to give it a try? I'll likely take submissions in a week or so. I want to get this contest over well before the fall contest if possible.
