Those spots look a bit like eyeballs.

Very nice photo--love the twigs in the background.

I could have looked up the moth.. I didn't.
They are the life of my garden,, not so much of the plants they eat.

The caterpillars are a beautiful green with orange spots.

Not all moths are pretty.....but I'd never say that to their face.
