What river is that, if I may ask? It looks really wide.
When I was in college I lived right by the Willamette. We could watch the crew teams practicing every day. It had such a peaceful and calming effect.

in southern MD. The 937-square-mile (2,427 km2) Patuxent watershed had a rapidly growing population of 590,769 in 2000. It is the largest and longest river entirely within Maryland, and its watershed is the largest completely within the state.
I haven't seen crew teams, but my neighbor's daughter is on a DC high school crew team, and she practices on the adjacent creek.
