(90,758 posts)I was just happy to see it budding. I got the plant during my hospital stay and there was a cold spell. It has warmed up nicely again.
Mine is an old one. I don't know how long its been at the cottage, but was there last year when I moved in. I suspect it's of somewhat advanced age!
Dropping to mid-50s tonight, and as it's my first full year, I'm in the studying stage. Some highs in the mid-70s forecast for this week, but down to a high of 59 for Oct. 21.

(60,071 posts)In the mid sixties. Some Italian friends asked me over for tea, so I obliged. I remembered the deep blood red tea in the whie china cups. In each cup they dropped a slice of lemon. It was a revelation.
