got thru editing my arizona bird pictures. i was able to winnow 400+ down to less than 40 keepers

I don't know some of these birds. The brave one on the cactus looks like the markings of a woodpecker (to me, not an expert).

I would say that a ten percent keeper rate is fairly good!

The duck is my fave--clear flying photos like that are pretty rare.
