Am putting date of 4/20 8PM PDT as last day of entry

Hopefully this will give everyone time to get more entries in as we only have 14 so far. The cut-off date of 4/20 is as close as I think things can go in order to hold prelims from 4/21-4/26, with finals going up the evening of 4/26-4/30.

So 4/20 or when there are 30 entries
